What a fantastic start to the 2025 representative season for BOP Squash! The Bay of Plenty Junior Quads team put on a dominant display in Herne Bay, Auckland athe end of March. Winning the overall title and the Auckland and Waikato Challenges.
They kicked off the tournament with a commanding win over Waikato, taking the tie 9 matches to 3. Not slowing down, they followed it up that same day with another convincing 9-3 victory over Northland. The final match against Auckland proved to be a tougher battle, but the BOP squad dug deep to claim ahard-fought 7-5 win.
Great work from coaches, Becky Clarke and Graeme Randolph.Winning this prestigious event two years in a row is no small feat and speaks volumes about the strength of squash in the Bay of Plenty.
